How do I book your coffee cart for my event?

Booking is easy! Just fill out our inquiry form with your event details, and we’ll send over a custom quote within 24–48 hours. Once you’re ready, a signed agreement and deposit will secure your date.

What types of events do you serve?

We cater to all kinds of events — from corporate activations and weddings to birthdays, brand launches, church gatherings, and festivals. If coffee fits your vibe, we’re there!

What’s required to secure my date?

To reserve your date, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 5 days before your event.

Can you handle high-volume events?

Yes! Whether it’s 30 people or 300+, we scale our team and equipment to keep the line moving and everyone caffeinated.

What power & space requirements do you have?

We can set up almost anywhere! All we need is a 6′ by 5′ space to accommodate our cart and baristas. For power, each espresso setup requires one (1) dedicated standard outlet (110V/15–20A). Need help figuring that out? We’re happy to coordinate with your venue!

Do you serve decaf or alternative milks?

Absolutely! We proudly serve Counter Culture Coffee at all of our events. Every menu includes whole milk and oat milk — no upcharge. Need decaf coffee? That’s a quick and easy upgrade. Just let us know when booking!

What’s included on your menu?

Our standard menu includes:

  • Espresso

  • Americano

  • Cappuccinos

  • Hot or Iced Lattes

  • Hot or Iced Chai

  • Two Flavored syrups

  • Choice of whole or oat milk

Looking for more? You can upgrade to add cold brew, matcha, drip coffee, decaf, or hot chocolate — just ask!

How far do you travel?

We cater to events across South Florida, including:

  • Miami-Dade

  • Palm Beach

What customization can you do?

Can you book for multiple days?

Definitely. We offer multi-day bookings and discounts for extended events. Whether it’s a conference, activation, or wedding weekend — we’ve got you covered.

Do you offer vegan, kosher, or allergy-friendly options?

Yes! We accommodate a variety of dietary needs. Let us know in advance about any allergies or preferences (like nut-free, vegan, or kosher) and we’ll customize accordingly.

Do you handle setup and cleanup?

Yes! We handle full setup and breakdown so you can focus on enjoying your event. We arrive early to ensure everything runs smoothly.
